have stayed there a few years running. apartments very nice. stayed in penthouse last year and the spa on rooftop was not working. and would not be fixed foor four days that was half the trip. psyed a lot of money for the penthouse. other than that one bad experience. surfside is relaxing and beautiful. beach on doorstep.

We stayed in the Penthouse. We found the resort very quiet, and our apartment neat and tidy and clean. We loved the 2 huge plasma televisions. Listening to the ocean at night was really lovely. A really lovely modern apartment which is good for families. Great floor plan also for children who need a quiet area to sleep away from main living area and main bedroom etc. I would recommend the Penthouse to everyone, it is really lovely, even more so to arrive with a bottle of champagne and chocolates waiting for you. We will definately be returning.

Liked: How quiet it was, and the rooftop access with your own bbq and spa bath.Great place to sit of an afternoon and watch the ships go past.
Disliked: The carpark area was small, and would be difficult to get into at peak times. We really loved our holiday here however and car space was a small issue only.

Good location but lacked friendly service. Complex needs a facelift and my reserved carpark was always taken.

Disliked: uncleanliness, unhelpful staff and stinking rubbish in the basement carpark over xmas and newyear week.
